Jonathan Kay
Jonathan is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and has over 35 years litigation and court experience, specialising in Relationship Property, Family, Employment, Criminal and Traffic law. As a senior lawyer he receives Ministry of Justice referrals to represent children.
Jonathan applies pragmatism to provide his Bay of Plenty clients with effective solutions to their legal problems. This approach frequently results in alternative dispute resolution however there are occasions when there is no real alternative to court proceedings.
